AI and Personalization were the buzz at Opticon 24: Welcome to Onderland

AI has taken the world by storm, and Opticon 24 was no exception. Among the highlights was Optimizely’s proprietary AI tool, Opal, powered by Google’s Gemini. Opal is seamlessly embedded across Optimizely’s platform, including its Configured Commerce product. By analyzing user behavior and preferences, Opal delivers tailored product recommendations and personalized content, transforming the shopping experience and driving higher conversion rates.

Optimizely also revealed plans to enhance its Configured Commerce platform by integrating select features from its standalone Personalization Suite. This strategic move aims to provide users with some of the personalization capabilities directly within the Configured Commerce environment.
