Layer One At ASA NETWORK 2023

Last week, Layer One attended American Supply Association (ASA) NETWORK, the industry’s premier event for leaders and CEOs from wholesaler distributors, manufacturers, & manufacturers’ representatives. Over 800 PHCP-PVF professionals converged in Orlando Florida to connect, learn, and discuss the industry's future.

Captain Richard Phillips, the first female NFL Official Sarah Thomas, and SEAL Team Six leader Robert O’Neill shared stories and lessons from triumphing through adversity. Educational sessions included attracting the next generation of talent, growing sales through a time of inflation, and creating a desirable workplace culture. They were punctuated by a compelling session led by Dean Mueller of Distribution Strategy Group (DSG) titled “The Urgency of Digital Initiatives: 7 Digital Habits for Highly Effective Distributors” discussing the criticality of eCommerce and how to properly calculate its ROI.
