Inside Sales Representative  

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will create the first impression for our prospective customers through business development activities. A successful candidate will maintain active engagement with their leads and consistently deliver a pipeline. This is a growth position and will start out focusing exclusively on new business generation through daily prospecting, lead qualification, and customer contact.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting with the ability to establish rapport and develop relationships with key decision-makers in targeted companies
  • Cold-call through lead lists of companies within our target market
  • Attain daily activity metrics – outbound calls, decision maker contacts, qualified leads
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing activities
  • Consistently achieve aggressive targets, including weekly metrics
  • Enter call and sales data into Salesforce
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills through all levels of communication

You've Got:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • High energy and a love of sales

  • Self- motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including coordination of multiple tasks with attention to detail and good follow-through.
